PACKAGING & DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Online orders will be packed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days, excluding statutory holidays. If you opt for a collection at our warehouse in Trois-Rivières, note that this will be by appointment during our opening hours.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION OF ORDERS

It is possible to modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, by contacting us by email at info@sofizzy.ca Once this period has elapsed, it is no longer possible to make any modification or cancellation.

POSTAL DELIVERY

Delivery is available in Canada only, in the amount of:

-  9.99$ + tax for orders under $ 64.99 taxes

-  Free for orders over $ 65 + taxes (excluding promotional codes and digital products or gift cards)

SoFizzy is not responsible for lost, damaged and / or delivery errors from Canada Post. Customers are required to verify their delivery address when completing their order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but don't be worried, special care is taken to protect fragile items. The boxes are well sized and your items will be well protected.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of problem; we will be happy to follow up with Canada Post.

* SoFizzy reserves the right not to honor its pricing policy for mailings to certain remote areas, should the delivery charge exceed $ 20. Note that for shipments exceeding 2 kilos a surcharge totaling the difference between the price requested by the carrier less $ 20 will be charged to the customer.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CREDIT NOTES

SoFizzy guarantees the quality of its products. We recommend that our customers inspect their order upon receipt. An exchange or credit note (of the value of the items at the time of purchase) is possible in the event of major defects only, and this within 7 days of receipt of the order. A photo or return of the product may be required. No refund, except in case of error on our part.
